Domcor Health, Safety & Security (DHSS) is currently looking for Security Guards for a in Saskatoon.

Position Overview:
Running for one month months, Domcor is looking for One Security Guard for a project in Saskatoon. The rotations will be 1 week on and 1 week off.
Shifts are 12 hours on nights.
Pay is competitive and 4 hours of overtime is included in every shift.
DHSS guards are to be professional and thorough, providing security in a wide range of settings.
Our guards are provided with weather appropriate uniforms and are required to bring their own industry approved steel toed boots.
Requirements of Security will include, but are not limited to:
- Valid Saskatchewan Basic Security Licence (BST)
- Valid driver's licence
- Clean driver's abstract
- Ability to pass drug & alcohol testing inclusive of THC
- Ability to work a 12-hr shift, ability to work alone
- Proven supervisory skills considered an asset
- Fluency to speak, read and write in English
- Confidence with technology (i.e. smart phone, tablet, etc.)
- Responsibilities of Security will include, but are not limited to:
- Observe, record, and report activities and security incidents while on shift.
- Provide exceptional, high level customer service to the client in a sometimes challenging and dynamic environment.
- Ensure client property, investments and personnel are secure against theft, vandalism and illegal activity.
- Enforce regulations and follow site specific instructions.
- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols not limited to standing, walking, and driving for long periods of time.
- Respond professionally to site emergencies.
- Effectively communicate all suspicious activities and concerns to the appropriate supervisors.
- Have solid decision-making skills and calm demeanor.
- Hold high personal values in line with the organization.
