Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who enjoys a challenging and fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for financial statement review & analysis.

Job Duties Responsibilities:

- Reconciling general ledger accounts and processing monthly journal entries.
- Providing support for all month-end and year-end reporting requirements including financial statements, cash flows, budgets and working paper files for financial audits.
- Filing monthly remittances including source deductions, health and education tax levy, WCB, WSIB, GST and PST returns.
- Entering bank deposits and performing bank reconciliations.
- Entering invoices and bills for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Preparing monthly customer statements and following up on delinquent receivable accounts.




- Handling sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
- Comply with all policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- CPA designation is preferred
- 2+ years of full-cycle accounting experience is required
- Robust customer service skills when dealing with vendors and customer accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
