Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from business data.
- Write SQL queries to extract and transform data from databases.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand data requirements.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.
- Validate data accuracy and identify data quality issues.
- Track and analyze key business and operational metrics.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Automate repetitive reporting and data analysis tasks where possible.
- Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data processes.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of SQL.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.




- Understanding of data cleaning and data transformation.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques.
- Experience working with relational databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate data insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of Power Query and DAX.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Big Query, or AWS/Azure.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes.
- Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
