Requirements:

- Juris Doctor or law-related Bachelor's degree
- At least seven years of relevant insurance defence experience
- Familiarity with trials and arbitrations required
- Experience with Accident Benefits and Bodily Injury claims
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
