Reporting to senior leadership, you'll oversee the daily management of residential properties, while shaping the property management framework. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, tenant relations, and staff performance while maintaining a high standard of operations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee day-to-day operations of the residential portfolio • Manage property budgets and capital planning • Ensure tenant compliance with the British Columbia RTA • Coordinate regular property visits and assessments • Lead vacancy and leasing processes efficiently

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in multifamily property management • Experience managing a portfolio of over 300 homes • Proficient in property management software and Excel • Knowledge of British Columbia RTA and RTB procedures • Valid British Columbia driver's license for site visits
