About the Role & Asyma Solutions. As Western Canada's largest Sage reseller, Asyma Solutions is seeking a Senior Sage Intacct Construction Practice Lead. You will lead complex Construction implementations from approved scope through go-live and stabilization. You understand construction businesses natively and know how to draw the operating model out of a client through thoughtful questioning. At Asyma, you will have professional autonomy, access to leadership, and the opportunity to shape our Construction practice while mentoring a high-functioning team of implementors. What You Bring to the Table

- Certification & Experience: Sage Intacct and Sage Intacct Construction certification with 5+ years of financial-management software, ERP, or implementation experience.
- Project Leadership:



Proven ability to lead full-lifecycle implementations as a Project Manager or accountable delivery lead, maintaining scope discipline and surfacing risks early.
- Construction Expertise: Deep understanding of construction workflows (job costing, project accounting, progress billing, retainage, AP/AR).
- Discovery Skills: Ability to uncover a client's true operating model and translate it into practical Sage Intacct Construction design.
- Mentorship: Experience coaching implementors, delegating effectively, and building team capability.
- Skilled Presence: Exceptional communication skills to build trust with executives, customers, and third-party partners.
