HIRING: Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business System Configuration Analyst with 10+ years of hands-on SAP configuration and systems analysis experience to support Finance Systems, sustainment, and large-scale ERP transformation initiatives.

The role will focus on SAP ECC 6.0 EHP8 Finance modules – FI, AP, AR, CO, MM , along with SAP Concur and SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP ECC Finance modules – FI, AP, AR, CO & MM

• Support SAP Concur – Expense, Request & Reporting

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives and define technology solutions
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
- Collaborate with Systems Architects, Developers, Vendors, and Delivery Leads

• Support large-scale SAP ERP modernization and transformation programs

- Assess business-process impacts, integrations, testing, defects, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
- Provide operational/sustainment support and troubleshoot complex production issues




- Develop knowledge-sharing documentation and provide technical guidance to junior team members

Must-Have Skills

✅ 10+ years SAP configuration & systems analysis

✅ Solid hands-on SAP ECC 6.0 EHP8 experience

✅ SAP FI, AP, AR, CO & MM configuration experience

✅ Experience supporting large-scale SAP programs

✅ Hands-on SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation experience

✅ Finance transformation experience including Universal Journal, master/transactional data readiness, custom code & interface assessment

✅ Strong integration, troubleshooting, debugging, and systems-design skills

✅ Experience working with business, technical, and vendor teams

✅ Strong Agile / cross-functional project experience

✅ Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills

Nice to Have

• SAP Concur – Expense, Request & Reporting

• SAP S/4HANA Finance migration/conversion

- SAP Fiori / Embedded Analytics / Modern SAP Reporting

• SWIFT experience

- Wealth Management / Financial Services experience
- AI, intelligent automation, or advanced analytics applied to Finance
- Canadian accounting knowledge/designation
