COMPANY OVERVIEW:
PUSH is a modern, independent agency built for where marketing is going next. We combine solid media fundamentals with forward-looking thinking across AI, data, and performance. Our teams are empowered, well-resourced, and encouraged to think critically, test boldly, and grow quickly.
You will have direct exposure to senior leadership, meaningful client responsibility, and room to shape your career as the agency continues to scale. Our office sits in the heart of downtown Toronto. We run a hybrid model, two to three days in-office each week, because the best ideas still happen in a room together.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Specialist, Client Partnerships, supports the day-to-day management of client accounts, acting as the connective tissue between subject matter expert (SME) teams, media operations, and finance so that plans, budgets, and reporting stay accurate and on schedule.
This role owns the mechanics of account operations: assembling and formatting client-facing decks, tracking spend against budget, coordinating traditional media buys, and preparing estimates and invoices for review.
The Account
Manager works closely with the Account Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure every deliverable that reaches a client is accurate, on-brand, and on time, and is able to step in to lead or sustain a client meeting when the Account Lead is unavailable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client & Meeting Support
- Prepare client status documents and attend client status meetings, tracking action items and following up on outstanding items
- Lead or sustain a client meeting when the Account Lead is unavailable, representing campaign status and next steps accurately
- Support reporting by overseeing campaign documents that outline performance against goals (ROI and KPIs) for internal review and client delivery
- Provide day-to-day communication with clients on routine updates, coordinating with the Account Lead on anything strategic or sensitive
Deck & Documentation Ownership
- Own the assembly of client decks as each SME team (strategy, media, creative, analytics) populates their sections, ensuring formatting, branding, structure and story are consistent throughout
- Confirm all required content is accounted for ahead of internal review and client delivery; flag gaps or outstanding inputs to the relevant team
- Create and maintain deck templates so recurring reports and plans start from a consistent, on-brand base
Media Planning & Blocking Charts
- Update blocking charts to reflect current media spend and impressions, maintaining both an internal working version and a client-facing version of media plans
- Align on timing with the project manager and internal teams to keep flight dates and assets on schedule
- Support the plan-to-approval process with clients, including preparing and creating media estimates
Budget & Financial Tracking
- Oversee budgets across an assigned roster of clients, monitoring pacing/trending against the most current client-approved budgets and flagging variances early
- Maintain and evolve a consolidated budget tracking view spanning approved, contracted, actualized, and billed amounts in one place
- Review media invoices before they are sent to clients, checking for and flagging any material discrepancies between the original estimate and the month's billing
- Support timely monthly billing across all active client activity
Traditional Media Buying
- Participate in traditional media buying (TV, Radio, OOH) by reaching out to media partners for contracts and proposals
- Review incoming partner proposals and contracts, and compile the information needed for the Account Lead or client to evaluate them
- Save and organize partner contracts, proposals, and supporting documentation on SharePoint in line with team file-naming and folder conventions
DESIRED SKILLS
- Comfortable managing several concurrent workstreams and deadlines across multiple clients
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when reconciling numbers across plans, budgets, and invoices
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication for both internal and client-facing audiences
- Working knowledge of media planning fundamentals across digital and traditional channels
- Comfortable presenting to clients and fielding routine questions in real time
- Proactive in flagging risks (budget variances, missing content, timeline slippage) before they become problems
- Comfort with the evolution of AI tools and incorporating them into day-to-day tasks
OTHER SKILLS
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Developing understanding of account management principles, strategies, and tactics
- Sharp attention to detail and follow-through
- Professional written and oral communication abilities

EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years of account management, media coordination, or client services experience (required)
- Experience supporting client-facing work, including deck preparation, budget tracking, or reporting (required)
- Experience or familiarity with digital marketing agency workflows (preferred)
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
- Working knowledge of digital media platforms (e.g., Google Search/Display, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, DV360, Amazon) a plus
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and SharePoint; strong Excel skills for budget tracking
- Comfortable learning and maintaining templated reporting and budget-tracking documents
EDUCATION
- Post Secondary Education (required)
