Rippling is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to define the architectural direction for its Developer Experience platform and to shape AI-native engineering workflows for 1,000+ engineers. You will own critical infrastructure, including local and cloud environments, CI/CD, repository design, tests, and agent execution environments.

You will mentor senior engineers, drive high-leverage architectural decisions, and partner with Infrastructure, Platform, AI, and Product leaders to solve company-wide
