Crowsfoot Smokehaus is looking for experienced Servers and Bartenders to join our Front of House team.
We’re a busy, community-focused restaurant offering everything from casual dining and bar service to large groups, celebrations and private events. With our events and private dining business continuing to grow, we’re looking for confident hospitality professionals who can provide excellent service, work well under pressure and bring genuine personality to the guest experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable and attentive guest service
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving and recommending food, beer, wine and cocktails
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages when scheduled as a bartender
- Managing multiple tables or bar guests during busy service
- Providing service for private events, large parties and special functions
- Processing payments accurately
- Completing opening, closing and assigned side duties
- Maintaining clean, organized and well-stocked service areas
- Working closely with fellow FOH team members, kitchen staff and management
- Following Smart Serve, food safety and Crowsfoot service standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience is strongly preferred
- Valid Smart Serve certification
- Confident, friendly and professional communication
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to remain composed during high-volume service
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Comfortable taking initiative and helping wherever needed
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Flexible availability for private events and large-party bookings is an asset
What You Can Expect At Crowsfoot, no two shifts are necessarily the same. Our FOH team works across regular restaurant service, our bar, large parties and private events.
