Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional hospitality and customer service in a quick-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Serve food and drinks to customers efficiently while ensuring accuracy in orders.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.




- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations during food handling and service.
- Assist with training new staff members as needed to uphold service standards.

Skills

- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Proficient in cash handling and cashiering procedures.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to operate POS systems efficiently for order processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
