EV LAB Langley as part of the well established Precision Group of automotive repair shops in Langley is looking for an Electric Vehicle Enthusiast/Specialist to be our Service Advisor.
We are expanding our existing EV repair business and need someone who wants to help grow it!

- Competitive wage with performance incentives ($75,000 to $100,000 a year)

- All of our Red Seal techs are licensed and long term, Tesla and EV Specialists, and have many years of experience so you will be working with journey level teammates and registered apprentices.
- We have a very comfortable work environment, an organized clean shop, heated and air conditioned shop and office
- We use state of the art shop management, labour and parts look-up and ordering systems.
- We have OEM service info, parts lookup and diagnostic equipment
- We train our technicians and service advisor’s regularly and believe you must have the knowledge and tools to perform at your potential in today’s automotive industry.
- Communication is important to team success so we have regular shop meetings and interaction with management and ownership.

Qualifications:
- An interest and desire to understand EV's of all makes and models
- Several years of customer service experience in any industry and a proven passion for delivering service excellence.
- Automotive industry experience as a Service Advisor is benificial.
- Experience using customer service management software, Protractor, Microsoft Office suite and, ideally industry specific tools such, Autotextme, Alldata, and Identifix.
- Drivers license and clean driving record (Drivers Abstract required).
