Duties

- Handle calls, emails, texts and customer inquires about repair services
- Explain repair recommendations clearly, providing detailed descriptions of necessary work and available options
- Coordinate with location manager and technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
- Recommend additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer’s vehicle longevity and safety
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and manage all related cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain detailed service records, update customer files, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete




- Build strong relationships with our fleet clients

Experience

- Previous dealership experience or automotive service background is required
- Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of automotive repair processes and technical terminology
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
- Strong background with automotive parts and parts ordering is an asset
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role or work environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, parts staff, and management to deliver outstanding service
