Responsibilities

- Supervise daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and sales activities to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing work environment.
- Oversee customer service interactions, ensuring positive experiences and swift resolution of issues to boost customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and store pricing to maintain accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate recruiting efforts by assisting with interviewing candidates and onboarding new staff members.
- Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals while managing budgets and controlling expenses.
- Maintain organized records of payroll,



scheduling, inventory levels, and administrative documentation for efficient store management.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising or team management experience within a retail or customer service setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate, resolve conflicts, and motivate staff.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases.
- Demonstrated knowledge of retail sales processes including POS systems, merchandising, pricing, and cash handling.
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, and conducting interviews to build strong teams.
- Familiarity with payroll processing, budgeting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in math for sales calculations, inventory counts, and financial reporting.
