We are a growing stone countertop manufacturing and installation company dedicated to precision, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. Our projects range from custom residential kitchens to large commercial builds. We’re looking to expand our team with motivated individuals eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the stone industry.
We currently have openings for two positions:
- NanoCAD Programmer
- Installation Helper
The NanoCAD Programmer will be responsible for creating accurate countertop layouts, fabrication drawings, and machine-ready files using NanoCAD (or similar CAD software). This role requires strong attention to detail and an understanding of measurements, geometry, and basic design principles.
Responsibilities
- Create and modify countertop drawings based on templates or digital measurements
- Prepare and optimize files for CNC or waterjet cutting
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure precision and efficiency
- Maintain organized records and follow company standards for file naming and revisions
- Assist in developing process improvements for drafting and programming
The Installation Helper supports our installation teams in office, assisting in the delivery, handling, and installation of custom stone countertops.
This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools and learning a skilled trade.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with countertop delivery and installation
- Load, unload, and safely handle stone materials and tools
- Help prepare job sites and ensure installations meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and vehicle
- Learn fabrication, templating, and installation techniques through on-the-job training
Quallifications-
- Experience in the stone industry an asset
- Outstanding attendance and punctuality
- Basic computer skills (MS Office/ Nano Cad- is an asset)
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn from more experienced staff members
- Willingness to be trained in other departments
- Ability to lift 100 lbs. +
- Work well in a team environment
