Capital Gear Ltd. is a wholesale distributor of new, rebuilt and obsolete truck and equipment parts. We specialize in drivetrain units and parts for heavy duty trucks and off-highway equipment. We have a well-trained Team of people with the ability to be able to provide Transmission, Differential, Transfer cases, Steering and Driveline Rebuilding services.

Currently Capital Gear Ltd. is seeking hard working, mechanically inclined individuals to fill our Shop Laborer / Tear Down position. This candidate must be very organized, be able to work with little to no supervision, be reliable, self-motivated and be able to multi task in a fast working environment. Candidates will also have a consistent & solid past work history with minimum 3 references.

Tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Processing cores
- Core identification as required
- Tear down of transmissions/differentials
- Warehouse Assistance as required
- Cleaning of parts
- Some paperwork involved
- Various Shop tasks as required

Qualifications:

- Some Technical knowledge of transmissions, differentials and associated mechanical components would be an asset
- Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and personable
- Reliability, own transportation, self-initiative, and a team player
