Responsibilities
- Assist in disassembly and inspection of equipment components as required.
- Usage of specialized torquing tools - assembly & disassembly equipment -
- Usage of technical measuring devices and recording of found data on multiple component internals.
- Identify, assemble, and distribute ground engaging tools, undercarriage consumables and supplies.
- Usage of NDT Hardware for crack checks - stress fracturing and premature metal fatigue.
- Generate reports based on as found product and communicate to supervisor
- Assembly of equipment components (cylinders)
- Forklift operations as needed.
- Overhead crane experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Heavy Equipment & Mining maintenance sector would be considered an asset.
- Ability to interpret OEM drawings for plumbing, pumps, motors, travel, and swing equipment (gearboxes and transmissions).
- Forklift Operations Ticket is an asset.
- Overhead Crane certificate is an asset.
- Ability to use measuring tools: Micrometers / Industrial protractors / Calipers
- Experience with equipment component rebuilding is preferred.Requirements
- Ability to work locally
- Ability to adhere and maintain drug & alcohol requirements.
- Ability to lift 50LBS and utilize body position when required.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
