Starting at $18/hour, with the opportunity to earn up to approximately $25/hour based on average monthly commission.

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Ski Sales & Service Associate to join our team.

The Role As part of our ski department, you’ll help customers find the right equipment for how and where they ski.

You’ll provide knowledgeable advice on skis, boots, and bindings while delivering the level of personal service Monod Sports is known for. The position also includes technical work such as boot fitting and repairs, binding adjustments, and ski binding mounts.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable combining technical ski knowledge with solid customer service.





Responsibilities

- Help customers select skis, boots, bindings, and related equipment based on their ability, preferences, and intended use.
- Fit ski boots and make adjustments to improve comfort and performance.
- Mount, adjust, and test ski bindings.
- Perform basic boot repairs and modifications using workshop tools.
- Provide knowledgeable, approachable customer service on the sales floor.
- Maintain a high standard of safety and accuracy when working with ski equipment.
- Continue developing product knowledge across the brands and equipment we carry.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of ski equipment, including skis, bindings, and boots.
- Experience mounting and adjusting ski bindings.
- Experience with ski boot fitting, repairs, or modifications.
- Confidence using basic workshop tools and equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous retail or sales experience.
- Ability to understand a customer’s needs and recommend appropriate equipment.
- A genuine interest in skiing and the mountain lifestyle.
