SKILLED & EXPERIENCED PAINTER WANTED Sioux Lookout Non-Profit Housing Corporation is looking for a skilled and experienced painter to complete painting projects throughout our apartment complexes and housing properties.

WORK WILL INCLUDE

Interior painting of hallways, common areas, and other shared spaces in our apartment buildings

Exterior painting of row housing and duplexes

Surface preparation, including patching, sanding, caulking, and priming as required

Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Completing quality work with attention to detail

LONG-TERM WORK OPPORTUNITY

We anticipate painting projects to take place over the next several years, providing an opportunity for ongoing work for the right individual or contractor.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:





Has proven painting experience

Takes pride in their workmanship

Is reliable, organized, and able to work independently

Has solid attention to detail

Understands proper preparation and application techniques

Can work respectfully in occupied residential buildings
