Duties

- Operate snow ploughs, loaders, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently to clear snow and ice from designated areas
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment such as excavators, power tools, and hand tools to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Perform basic maintenance on machinery and tools, including lubrication, minor repairs, and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as irrigation system checks or gardening work when snow removal is not required
- Use hand tools and power tools for minor repairs or adjustments to equipment or surrounding infrastructure
- Follow safety protocols diligently,



including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during snow clearing activities
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize routes and ensure timely completion of snow removal operations

Experience

- Prior experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators or loaders is highly desirable
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, or general construction experience is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge related to machinery maintenance and troubleshooting is beneficial
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in outdoor maintenance projects enhances your effectiveness in this role
- Previous experience in irrigation or horticulture can be advantageous but is not mandatory
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to safety standards
- Compensation: Pay is competitive and based on experience and qualifications
