Solutions Architect

Position Summary The Technical Solution Architect is responsible for designing, architecting, and overseeing the implementation of technology solutions that align with business and technical requirements. The role provides leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring that Oracle applications, databases, cloud services, integrations, and infrastructure components are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Solution Architecture & Design

- Design end-to-end technology solutions to meet client and business requirements.
- Develop architecture blueprints, solution designs, and technical specifications.
- Define application, integration, security, and infrastructure architectures.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise standards, governance, and best practices.

Oracle Technology Leadership

- Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Applications, and related Oracle technologies.
- Lead technical discussions, solution reviews, and architecture workshops.
- Assess and recommend Oracle products and services to support business objectives.

Integration & Development

- Design integration strategies between Oracle solutions and third-party systems.
- Guide development teams on implementation approaches and best practices.
- Review technical designs, code, and configurations to ensure architectural compliance.

Project Delivery

- Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams throughout project delivery.
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Support system testing, deployment planning, and production readiness activities.

Performance & Security

- Ensure solutions meet performance, availability, scalability, and security requirements.
- Conduct architecture assessments and recommend improvements.
- Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and compliance initiatives.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as the primary technical advisor for Oracle-based initiatives.




- Present architectural recommendations to senior management and client stakeholders.
- Provide mentoring and technical guidance to architects, developers, and engineers.

What we're looking for:

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise solution design and technical architecture.
- 15+ with Oracle technologies.
- Extensive experience working with specific Oracle technologies including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Database, middleware, and enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of system integration, enterprise architecture, and cloud technologies.
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and/or Oracle Cloud certifications.
- Experience with cloud migration and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Experience working within government, regulated, or large enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and ITIL methodologies.
