Responsibilities

- Greet clients warmly with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist clients with product selections, providing detailed product demos and explaining benefits clearly.
- Manage retail merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and appeal.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, sales transactions, and receipts.
- Upsell spa products and services to meet client needs while maintaining a friendly, non-intrusive approach.
- Support scheduling appointments and coordinating client flow to optimize time management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail area and treatment spaces to uphold high standards of hygiene.




- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse clientele effectively.
- Familiarity with technology sales or product demos enhances your ability to educate clients about our offerings.
- Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and time management are essential for success in this energetic environment.
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail merchandising is a plus.
