We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spray Painter to join our team. As a spray painter, you will be responsible for applying finishes to cabinetry. Your attention to detail, product knowledge and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
- Mix and ensure proper consistency
- Apply products using sprayers
- Follow specific instructions and specifications for each project
- Use power tools and equipment to assist with painting tasks
- Repair and restore damaged surfaces as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality workmanship
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter with cabinet finishing experience an asset
- Robust knowledge and proficiency in painting techniques, materials, equipment and power tools related to painting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
