What you'll do

- Maintain client books in QuickBooks Online, including bank and credit card reconciliations, month-end entries, and year-end working papers.

- Prepare T1 personal income tax returns in ProFile.

- Prepare GST/HST returns and payroll remittance summaries (PD7A).

- Assist with year-end financial statements and T2 corporate return support.

- Organize client documents, follow up on missing information, and keep files current in our practice management system.

- Draft routine CRA correspondence and help respond to CRA review requests.

What we're looking for

- Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of bookkeeping and personal tax experience in Canada (a full tax season is a strong asset).

- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and ProFile (or similar tax software).

- Solid working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365.





- Strong accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines across multiple files.

- Explicit, professional communication with clients by phone, email, and in person.

- Sound judgment with confidential financial information.

- Familiarity with CRA My Business Account and Represent a Client.
