We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stand-up Fork-Lift Shipper/Receiver to support the accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory.

This is a hands-on warehouse position requiring stand-up forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, secure, and organized warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
- Confirm quantities, SKU, lot, expiry, condition, UPC codes, and documentation.
- Pick customer orders accurately according to the sales order and customer requirements.
- Double-check SKU and UPC codes before packing and shipping.
- Verify quantities, lot numbers, labels, and product condition before orders leave the warehouse.
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Operate a stand-up forklift safely.
- Put inventory away in approved warehouse locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory movements in the ERP or warehouse system.
- Follow lot-control, FIFO, quarantine, and inventory-handling procedures.
- Complete cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies.
- Document dead stock, slow moving, damaged, missing, returned, or questionable inventory.
- Keep warehouse aisles, storage areas, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
- Responsible for loading, unloading, pallet wrapping, and general warehouse duties.




- Report safety concerns, product damage, and equipment issues immediately.
- Any other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
- Previous shipping, receiving, order-picking, or warehouse experience.
- Experience operating a stand-up forklift.
- Valid forklift certification is preferred.
- Strong ability to read and verify SKU and UPC codes.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, barcode scanning, or inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Experience with lot-controlled products is an asset.

Performance Expectations
- Zero Shipping errors.
- Orders are picked and packed accurately.
- SKU, UPC, quantity, lot, and label information is double-checked before shipment.
- Shipments are received and prepared on time.
- Inventory movements are properly recorded.
- The warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $25.00 per hour
