POSITION GOALS The store manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the store. Working within a team, the store manager is responsible for performing all the tasks necessary for the proper functioning of a store daily.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage store resources to maximize results, store appearance while ensuring there always is products on the shelf;
- Hire, develop, train and motivate a team of assistant managers, key managers and store employees;
- Ensure that the company's internal standards and procedures are explained, understood and followed by all members of the team;
- Manage work schedules according to the budget of hours and business needs;
- Manage and resolve complaints,



queries and / or customer requests;
- Make sure inventory is done quickly and accurately to ensure that the merchandise is replenished;
- Ensure that the procedures for opening, closing the store and managing assets are properly followed;
- Act as the first contact person for any questions or incidents related to the store's alarm system;
- Ensure employees work safely and apply the required standards of Santé et sécurité au travail;
- Operate a cash register.

REQUIREMENTS:

- To be bilingual;
- To be flexible in availability and work schedule (days, evenings, and weekends);
- To be able to work in a fast, high volume environment;
- To be able to organize time efficiently and to manage priorities;
- To have solid leadership and communication skills;
- To have a well-kept appearance.

WORK EXPERIENCE Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail industry including at least 2 years in a management position.
