Store Manager ~ Vancouver
Pyrrha is seeking an experienced, confident, and highly motivated Store Manager to oversee our Vancouver retail location.
As part of the Sales team, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day success of our store, driving sales and client development, overseeing store operations and merchandising, and creating experiences that bring the Pyrrha brand to life. You’ll work alongside and support our Store Associates, while taking the lead on ensuring the store runs smoothly and performs at its best.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive and self-directed, while also working collaboratively with the broader management team, someone who sees opportunities, brings forward ideas, and works with others to make them happen.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Vancouver store taking ownership of sales performance, client experience, team development, and day-to-day operations.
- Drive sales and client development by building relationships with new and existing guests and growing a strong local clientele.
- Find creative ways to attract new clients to the store, using social media, local partnerships, events, outreach, and other initiatives to build awareness and drive traffic.
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team, creating a high-performing environment centred around exceptional, personalized service.
- Build relationships with VIP clients, media, stylists, costumers, and community partners, acting as a key ambassador for Pyrrha.
- Create memorable in-store experiences, including private appointments, studio tours, collection launches, seasonal events, and community initiatives.
- Maintain exceptional merchandising and operational standards, including inventory management and the development and maintenance of store SOPs.
- Deliver monthly reporting and use sales and product performance insights to support sell-through strategies
- Collaborateclosely with the broader Pyrrha team on sales and PR initiatives.
Who You Are
- An experienced retail professional with a proven ability to drive sales, develop people, and build lasting client relationships.
- Confident managing a store independently and comfortable taking ownership of both the big picture and the details.
- Commercially minded, organized, and proactive, you don’t wait to be told what needs to happen.
- Creative and digitally savvy, with an understanding of how social media and community engagement can translate into store traffic and recent client relationships.
- A natural relationship builder who is polished and comfortable working with VIP clients, media, and stylists
- Experienced in luxury, premium retail, jewelry, fashion, design, or another highly service-oriented environment.
- Strong at storytelling and able to communicate the meaning, craftsmanship, and values behind a brand.
- Genuinely aligned with Pyrrha’s values of sustainability, craftsmanship, authenticity, and connection.
