Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sub Contractor to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing specialized construction tasks, collaborating closely with project managers and other trades to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise across a variety of construction disciplines while maintaining a focus on quality craftsmanship and timely delivery.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as concrete forming, masonry, or framing
- Install drywall, flooring, tile, cabinets, and other interior or exterior finishes with precision and attention to detail
- Conduct concrete finishing, masonry work, or carpentry tasks according to project specifications
- Perform plumbing, electrical, or welding work where required, adhering to safety standards and building codes
- Apply caulking, painting, or restoration techniques to enhance project aesthetics and durability




- Estimate project costs and materials when needed for accurate budgeting and resource planning

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical schematics
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and cost management
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Expertise in various trades including carpentry, drywall installation, concrete finishing, masonry, welding, plumbing, electrical work, flooring installation, tile laying, painting, restoration, and cabinet installation
- Ability to interpret construction drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting on-site issues
- Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards in all aspects of work
