Responsibilities
- Support lead teachers by assisting with daily classroom activities, lessons, and routines

- Help maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment
- Assist with basic instructional tasks such as math exercises or early childhood education activities
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and staff to ensure smooth classroom operations
- Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the teacher while adapting to the needs of individual students
Experience
- Previous classroom experience or experience working with children is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to support instructional activities in subjects like math or literacy is desirable
