Duties

- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and assist with menu selections to enhance their experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and food preparation areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Upsell additional menu items or promotions to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow proper food handling procedures,



including hygiene practices and safe storage of ingredients.

Requirements

- Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash handling tools is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours and maintain efficiency.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving accurate change, and managing transactions smoothly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment.
