Key Responsibilities

- Full-cycle recruitment: Manage job postings, resume screening, interviews, coordination of pre-employment steps (medical examinations, dexterity/technical tests), and onboarding of new employees.
- Sourcing & Attraction: Conduct sourcing activities to attract top talent, stay informed about the aerospace market, and represent the company at recruitment and HR marketing events.
- Compliance & Collaboration: Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, prepare and present job offers, and collaborate with stakeholders on various recruitment initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the optimization of recruitment processes and support strategic projects within the Talent Acquisition team.

Candidate Profile

- Education: Bachelor's degree, certificate or college diploma in Human Resources,



Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of full-cycle, high-volume recruitment experience, ideally gained in the aerospace industry or industrial sector.
- Interpersonal Skills & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build robust partnerships with managers, candidates and training partners, combined with the ability to positively influence stakeholders.
- Priority Management: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- Languages: Excellent communication skills. Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is essential due to interactions with global entities and international candidates.
- Technology: Comfortable using computer tools and the Google Workspace suite; knowledge of Workday is considered an asset.
