Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a positive experience
- Support daily operational tasks such as stock replenishment, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and uphold service standards
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries confidently and clearly
- Assist in organizing displays, promotional setups, and store maintenance activities
- Handle transactions accurately at the point of sale while following cash handling procedures




- Contribute to a safe and organized environment by adhering to safety protocols and company policies

Requirements

- Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around comfortably for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is advantageous
