Join our dynamic team as a Team Member and become an important part of our daily operations. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, support restaurant operations, maintain a clean and safe workplace, and work collaboratively with the team.

This position may include day, evening and overnight shifts, with additional cleaning and maintenance responsibilities during overnight hours. Training will be provided.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly and skilled manner
- Take customer orders and handle transactions accurately at the point of sale
- Prepare and serve products according to company standards
- Stock and organize workstations, supplies, and inventory
- Maintain clean and organized dining, kitchen, service, and back-of-house areas
- Follow all food safety, workplace safety, and company policies
- Receive deliveries and assist with inventory counts and stock organization
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient operations
- Complete regular cleaning tasks throughout the shift

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a positive and professional attitude




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to perform cleaning and physical tasks
- Availability to work overnight shifts as required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties such as bending, lifting, reaching, and cleaning
- Previous restaurant, customer service, or cleaning experience is an asset but not required
- Basic math skills for transactions and inventory counts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to follow food safety, workplace safety, and company procedures
