Our consumer business client is seeking a

Bilingual Technical Analyst to support Central Pharmacy Automation systems and pharmacy applications using Agile processes, specifically supporting Kroll pharmacy systems.

Join a pharmacy and healthcare technology team supporting critical Central Services applications across multiple provinces. This role works closely with business, technology, engineering, and vendor teams to support production stability, issue management, testing, documentation, and deployment activities for pharmacy systems and applications. The position includes bilingual collaboration and support for Central Services initiatives in Ontario and Quebec, including documentation, pilot, and deployment activities.

to December 2027

Location : Brampton / North York; 2 days onsite

Must Haves

Kroll pharmacy systems and

Kroll Central Fill technical and operational experience

Bilingual French and English oral and written communication

6+ years of technical analyst or business analysis experience

Nice to Have

Linux, PostgreSQL, MS database, Unix, and Google Cloud applications and services

ServiceNow application experienceCollaboration using Miro, Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence

Windows workstation and server application installation, services, and configurations

Experience with Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaw IT project delivery and support processes

Jira and

Confluence for data and user story management

Responsibilities

Support the availability, stability, and functionality of Central Pharmacy Automation systems and pharmacy applications





Coordinate bilingual collaboration between teams to resolve application issues and communicate updates to business and IT stakeholders

Document user stories and business use cases with business, delivery, support, engineering, and vendor teams

Facilitate project and initiative workshops from both business and technical perspectives

Create and manage French and English technical and support documentation for existing systems and future projects

Manage Central Service applications and Windows services configurations

Track and manage issues identified during testing and production activities through to resolution
