Location Address: Toronto/Hybrid: 3-4 days/week (days are flexible)

Contract Duration: 10/05/2026 to 10/04/2027 (Chance of Extension)

Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week

Story Behind the Need

:

Business group : Canadian Banking Analytics – focused on targeted marketing campaign work, including building campaigns and supporting all targeted marketing initiatives within Canadian Banking. Responsibilities include pre-sizing and segmentation, delivery, post-campaign analysis

Project : Support Insurance Squad as a Technical Business Analyst - PEGA. Work with Canadian banking business lines for Day-to-day support.

Key Accountabilities

● Responsible for Requirement gathering and support Design, build and execute customer marketing offers/communications based on eligibility, analytics, decisioning logic and segmentations to help elevate our customer’s experiences across channels and move to a personalized 1:1 customer journey

● Apply Next Best Action design principles to build & test decision strategies/campaign eligibility using Pega application to execute and monitor marketing offers

● Document and implement business requirements to deliver key customer interactions across multiple channels

● Analyze and synthesize data around campaign presentment and customer responses to identify trends, deliver key insights and business recommendations around a customer-first approach to driving acquisition and engagement





● Act as liaison between analytics, marketing, product lines, technology, quality assurance, business stakeholders and channel partners

● Provide subject matter expertise on customer contact and support data validation activities

● Support production incident investigations and inquiries through our department help desk email

Must Have skills

- 5-7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- 2+ years’ experience with PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery
- Experience with Pega Marketing/Pega Decision Manager/Customer Decision Hub (CDH) preferred
- Experience with targeted leads/campaign execution and segmentation.
- 4+ years’ experience working with large data sets and relational databases with advanced SQL skills

Nice to have

- Familiarity with banking products
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform
- Previous experience with Data bricks.
- Recent experience with Python

Education

•Bachelor’s Degree - Analytical background with a quantitative focus, such as statistics, applied mathematics, economics, computer science

•Certified with Pega an asset

Best VS. Average Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be a Technical Business Analyst with robust experience with PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery. Recent experience with Pega Marketing/Pega Decision Manager/Customer Decision Hub (CDH). Previous experience with targeted leads/campaign execution and segmentation is critical for the role. Previous experience with top Canadian banks is highly preferred.
