We are currently seeking a qualified Integration & Test Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will support Integration, Test & Verification (ITV) activities for complex, mission-critical systems by developing and executing test procedures, validating system requirements, and supporting in-house and field commissioning activities. Working closely with cross-functional engineering teams, this individual will help ensure system functionality, performance, and reliability through rigorous testing, defect analysis, and verification activities.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases, procedures, and reports based on system requirements.
- Support system integration, verification, validation, and commissioning activities.
- Perform in-house and field testing and document test results.
- Investigate test failures, analyze defects, and support issue resolution.
- Create defect reports and maintain requirements traceability.
- Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement of test processes.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience testing software, hardware, embedded, or real-time systems.
- Knowledge of verification, validation, integration,
and test methodologies.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with railway signaling or other safety-critical systems would be an asset.
- Familiarity with automated testing and test scripting would be an asset.
- Knowledge of SelTrac or similar train control/signaling systems would be an asset.
- Understanding of the full Verification & Validation lifecycle would be an asset.

Compensation: $45,000 – $50,000 CAD (annual salary)
