Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Tire & Lube Technician to join our team!

In this role, you’ll perform essential tire services, oil changes, and basic repairs while ensuring each vehicle meets our high standards of quality. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your automotive experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Duties

- Perform tire installations, rotations, repairs, and balancing
- Complete oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance
- Inspect tires, fluids, brakes, and other basic vehicle components (belts, suspension etc)
- Perform seasonal tire changeovers
- Assist with general automotive repairs and shop duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work workplace
- Follow proper safety procedures and manufacturer recommendations
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous automotive experience is an asset!

Qualifications

- Familiarity with automotive maintenance procedures such as tire installation, balancing, rotation, oil changes, and fluid checks




- Basic mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable and punctual with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with physically demanding work, including heavy lifting, handling tires, standing for extended periods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits

- $18.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
