Responsibilities
- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires with precision and care, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and other routine vehicle maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs accurately while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues and communicate findings clearly to supervisors or advisors.
- Assist with basic mechanical maintenance work as needed, supporting the overall service process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work areas to promote safety and efficiency throughout each shift.
Who were looking for:
- Previous dealership experience or automotive mechanic experience is highly preferred,
but were willing to train the right person.
- Someone reliable who shows up ready to work.
- Comfortable working at a good pace in a busy shop.
- Willing to learn and take direction.
- A valid drivers' license
