Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and desired experiences to craft personalized itineraries.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, hotels, transportation options, and local attractions to optimize travel plans.
- Manage bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and rental cars using industry-standard reservation systems.
- Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, excursions, and upgrades to enhance client satisfaction and revenue.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and bookings to ensure seamless service delivery.




- Address client inquiries promptly via phone or email, offering solutions and support throughout the planning process.
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends, destination updates, and industry regulations to provide accurate guidance.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or customer service within the travel, hospitality, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, destinations, and hospitality services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate options clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse clients and deliver exceptional service.
- Familiarity with booking software and reservation systems used in the travel industry.
