Drive program excellence as the PhD Program Coordinator at the University of Alberta's North Campus Edmonton. Support daily operations and provide vital advising for the Business PhD Program.

In this in-person role, you report to the PhD Program Lead and collaborate with the Associate Dean of PhD Program and Research. Your primary responsibilities involve a mix of administrative tasks, financial oversight, and advising services for both students and faculty. You'll ensure that inquiries regarding enrolment and program processes are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee daily operational functions of the Business PhD office • Supply program advising to students and academic staff • Facilitate enrolment processes for both current and prospective students • Deliver timely responses to program-related inquiries • Maintain essential administrative documentation for the office

Requirements: • Excellent organizational capabilities • Robust advisory and communication skills • Background in educational administration advantageous • Required in-person presence at North Campus Edmonton • Prior experience in program support preferred
