Position Summary The Video Production Manager leads all video content creation for the Vancouver Goldeneyes, overseeing game day production and building video assets that support the team’s brand, fan engagement, marketing, and sponsorship initiatives. This posting is for an existing vacancy. The pay range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 CAD annually.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Plan, produce, and edit video content for home games, practices, and community and sponsorship events

- Oversee all aspects of game day video production, including in-arena video board content, live camera operations, and sponsor integrations

- Collaborate with the League Broadcast and Content teams to align local production with league-wide standards and asset requirements

- Capture, edit, and deliver short-form highlight and social content in coordination with the team’s Marketing and Communications staff

- Manage video production equipment inventory, maintenance, and vendor relationships

- Recruit, train, and supervise game day production staff and freelance crew

- Archive and organize game footage for use across marketing, sponsorship, and league initiatives





- Support sponsorship activation through the development of branded video assets

Required Qualifications

- 3 years of experience in sports video production, broadcast, or a related field

- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)

- Experience with live event production and in-venue video board operations

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced, live event environment

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required

- This position is based in Canada. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis. The PWHL does not provide work permit sponsorship for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in skilled or collegiate sports production

- Familiarity with live streaming platforms and broadcast workflows

- Experience recruiting and managing freelance or seasonal production staff

Flexibility & Travel

- Candidate must be able to work on-site in Vancouver, BC, including evenings, weekends, and travel as required for home and away games.
