We are seeking a motivated and dependable Volunteer Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting students safely and courteously, ensuring their comfort and security throughout each journey. Duties

- Safely operate vehicles to transport clients to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Assist clients with boarding and exiting vehicles, providing courteous support and ensuring their comfort
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their transportation needs and provide excellent customer service
- Perform heavy lifting when necessary, such as assisting clients with mobility devices or luggage
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including pick-up and drop-off times and destinations




- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness before each trip
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, confidentiality, and client care

Experience
- Valid commercial driving license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in previous roles
