Warehouse & Production Associate
Location: Edmonton, AB
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and hands-on Warehouse & Production Associate to join our growing team.
This position is a combination of warehouse fulfillment, injection molding operation, and small-parts assembly. The majority of the role involves assembling and preparing our products for shipment, with additional responsibilities retrieving parts from the injection molding equipment and assisting with general warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble small plastic and mechanical components accurately and efficiently
- Monitor production at injection molding machines
- Remove, inspect, and finish molded parts
- Perform basic sorting, and quality checks on molded components
- Package and label finished products
- Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders
- Receive, organize, and put away inventory
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow production and assembly instructions
- Identify quality issues and bring them to the attention of the supervisor
- Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working with your hands and performing repetitive assembly tasks
- Good attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting/moving boxes and materials
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or injection molding experience is an asset, but training will be provided
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn current processes are considered an asset
The Ideal Candidate You don't need to have years of manufacturing experience to succeed in this position. We're looking for someone who is reliable, practical, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn.
The right person will be comfortable doing a variety of hands-on tasks throughout the day, from assembling small components and operating machinery to picking orders and keeping the warehouse organized.
