We are looking for a full time Warehouse Associate to join our Winnipeg based team. The successful candidate will be expected to do the following:
Assembling/Filling Orders:
- Prioritize orders for timely processing
- Prepare necessary shipping documents, such as bills of lading
- Pack goods for shipment securely
- Retrieve and verify product information from the database
Build Kits:
- Stock parts for kit assembly
- Package parts according to kit specifications
- Label completed kits appropriately
- Perform final inspection of kits for accuracy and quality
Inventory Counts:
- Conduct regular inventory counts
- Organize and sort inventory, including cycling overstock
- Perform final inspections of inventory for accuracy and condition
Receiving Orders:
- Physically receive and inspect purchase orders, verifying quantities and condition of goods
Other Duties:
- Batch and cure materials as required
- Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Participate in worksite hazard assessments, incident investigations, safety meetings, safety training, and other aspects of the Hi-Tech Seals Inc.

- Carry out other duties as required
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and characteristics:
- At minimum a high school diploma
- Experience with international shipping is a plus
- Experience with distribution is great but we will train if needed
- Technologically savvy – you know your way around a computer
- Strong and confident communication skills in English
- Solid interpersonal skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Great organizational skills
- Robust work ethic with positive energy and a can do attitude
- A willingness to learn and grow
