We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the overall success of our logistics and supply chain processes. This position involves various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management, requiring strong organizational skills and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklift and other heavy equipment for loading and unloading goods.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and order fulfillment.
- Assist in fabricating products as needed, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform regular inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, with familiarity in shipping and receiving operations.
- Experience with forklift and manual pump trucks
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
- Excellent attention to detail with solid organizational skills.
