About the Role

Mr. Surprise is looking for a reliable and organized Part time Warehouse Associate to support our day-to-day warehouse operations.

This role involves preparing inventory for our retail locations, receiving and organizing shipments, picking and packing products, restocking store supplies, and assisting with event preparation when needed.

We’re looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, comfortable with physical work, and able to manage their time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities may include:

- Pick and pack inventory for store allocations and restocking
- Follow allocation sheets to prepare products for different retail locations
- Receive, count, organize, and put away incoming shipments
- Organize inventory by product, vendor, and location
- Prepare and process store transfers
- Assist with event setup and teardown when required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Update and reference inventory information using Google Sheets and our inventory system
- Complete other warehouse and operational tasks as required

Requirements
- Valid driver's licence is required
- Able to safely lift and carry items weighing up to approximately 50 lbs
- Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, reaching, and carrying inventory throughout a shift
- Comfortable occasionally using ladders when required for warehouse or event-related tasks
- Able to work independently when scheduled alone
- Comfortable using a computer and Google Sheets
- Solid time-management and organizational skills
- Responsible and dependable
- Willing to clean, organize, and maintain warehouse work areas
- Flexible and willing to assist with different tasks based on operational needs
- Able to follow instructions and warehouse procedures accurately





Previous warehouse experience is an asset but not required. Experience with inventory organization, product categorization, picking/packing, receiving shipments, or retail inventory is considered an advantage.

Availability

Candidates must have

- Availability for at least one weekend shift
- Availability for at least one weekday afternoon shift
- Flexibility to work additional hours during event preparation, setup, and other busy periods

Most available shifts will be on weekends, with occasional weekday shifts depending on operational needs. Warehouse operating hours generally fall between:

Monday & Friday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Tuesday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Schedules and weekly hours may vary based on operational needs and employee availability.

Compensation & Growth

- Starting wage: $19.00/hour
- $1.00/hour wage increase upon successful completion of the 3-month probationary period
