We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Weekend Day Host to create a vibrant and memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient service to enhance their experience
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and information about our offerings using clear and professional communication
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Support food service operations by serving food and drinks as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station, dining areas, and common spaces to uphold high standards of hospitality
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and special events

Experience

- Previous experience in guest services, serving,



or hospitality roles preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Food service experience or restaurant background is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with customer interactions
- Solid Guest interation skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices essential for creating welcoming interactions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a lively, friendly demeanor

Must be available Saturday and Sundays as well as Holidays as needed.

Hours are generally 9:30 am - 2:00 pm. or 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

There may be an opportunity to learn and pick up evening shifts in the future.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 12.0 per week
