Chachee’s Chai Café serves authentic chai, specialty coffee, and Indian-inspired street food in a fast-paced, welcoming environment. We take pride in serving fresh food, maintaining high standards, and creating a great experience for every customer.

The Position

We’re currently looking for motivated and dependable Kitchen Team Members to join our team.

You don’t need years of experience to apply. We’re looking for people who are reliable, willing to learn, work well with others, and can stay organized during busy periods.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service
- Assemble and prepare menu items according to recipes
- Cook, grill, and fry food items as required
- Ensure food is prepared consistently and presented properly
- Keep kitchen stations clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
- Communicate with the team to keep orders moving efficiently
- Help wherever needed during busy service periods

- Availability Thursday through Sunday, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required

Experience & Qualifications Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required.

Experience in any of the following is considered an asset:

- Prep Cook
- Line Cook
- Restaurant Kitchen
- Fast Food or Quick-Service Restaurant
- Culinary or Food-Service Environment

Culinary education or training is also an asset but is not necessary.

Physical Requirements

- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Able to work around grills, fryers, and other hot kitchen equipment
- Able to safely lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Able to work efficiently during busy periods
