The role

We're looking for an ambitious, self-motivated technician who wants to build a long-term career here. You'll perform all scheduled services and recommend additional services to customers along the way. No two days are the same — you'll be at different homes across London and the surrounding area every day, working directly with our customers and your teammates.

What you'll do

- Window washing
- Screen cleaning
- Window track cleaning
- Soft washing residential homes
- Gutter cleaning on residential homes
- Christmas light installation, service, and takedown (seasonal)
- Educate customers on our services and recommend add-ons where they make sense
- Keep your work vehicle clean and your equipment in valuable working order
- Learn to use our cleaning solutions safely and effectively
- Work quickly and efficiently

What you need





- A valid Ontario G2 licence or higher, with a clean driving record
- Your own reliable vehicle — an SUV, truck, or van (a sedan won't fit our equipment). You'll move into a company truck as you establish yourself with us.
- Comfortable with heights, ladders, and working on roofs
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Strong interpersonal skills — you can talk to customers and solve problems on the spot
- Comfortable recommending and selling services consistently
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Experience in window cleaning or exterior services is an asset, but we'll train the right person

Pay $25,000 – $60,000 per year. This is a commission role—you earn a percentage of every job you complete, so your effort directly drives your paycheque. There's no ceiling on what a strong technician can earn here, and your earnings always meet or exceed Ontario minimum wage for the hours you work.

Schedule

Four 10-hour days per week, with some Saturdays during our busiest stretches—peak window season and the Christmas lights rush in November and December. Christmas lights are a big part of what we do, which means steady hours and real income through the London winter instead of being laid off until spring.
