The Josie Hotel is presently hiring Housekeeping Associates to join our team for the upcoming 2026/2027 Winter Ski Season, with some permanent opportunities also. Available roles include:

- Room Attendant ($20 per hour)
- Laundry Attendant ($20 per hour)

Join our dynamic team for the winter ski season as a Housekeeping Associate! In this lively and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest accommodations, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas using industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, laundry areas, and other shared spaces in accordance with hotel standards
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly to uphold property quality
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to maintain high standards of hygiene and appearance
- Support team members during busy periods by helping with laundry, stock replenishment, or other housekeeping tasks

Experience

- Previous custodial or housekeeping experience in a hotel, hospitality setting, or industrial cleaning environment is preferred ; training will be provided
- Familiarity with cleaning tools, chemicals, and safety procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent guest service




- Flexibility to work wide-ranging shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during the winter season
